Shipping rates and the delivery estimated
We proudly offer FREE shipping! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 4 to 7 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Shopezzyy does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Shopezzyy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.
Shopezzyy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
By placing an order on Shopezzyy, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Shopezzyy. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return
